I know rules aren't fun but good communication is key!
Deposit
A Deposit is required for all sessions. This is a non-refundable deposit. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable. This protects the Photographer's time and resources in the event of a cancellation, or breach of contract by the Client. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. The deposit shall be applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered. Deposit must be paid electronically during booking to reserve your session, other forms of payment avaiable for the remaining cost. Deposit amounts vary based off session choice. All regular sessions require a $50 deposit. Wedding and Elopement sessions require a $100 deposit.
Payment
Payment will be accepted electronically at this time through e-payment platforms, cash or check. I am currently switching systems and will have direct and secure payment through booking in the near future, Remaining session balance must be paid on or before the session date. Preview images will not be available until the session fee has been paid in full. Photos will not be edited or delivered until the order balance has been paid in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand life happens, if something comes up please inform me ASAP. We will work to reschedule your session for another day. Clients are allotted one rescheduling opportunity. If the session is rescheduled for a second time, a secondary non-refundable deposit will be required. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the Clients and the Photographer. All arrangements will be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform the Photographer of the cancellation. There shall be no refund of the deposit after the signing of the Agreement and the reservation of the session date.
Liability
The Client agrees that they are responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.
Attendance
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or appoint another Photographer to attend on her behalf to undertake the photography service as outlined in this agreement. The Photographer shall notify the Client at the time of the unlikely event of any rescheduling or of the name and contact information of a Replacement Photographer.
If the Client is unable to attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances he/she is responsible to notify the Photographer and reschedule a session.
Photo Polocies
Photos will be edited in the photographer's style and aesthetic.
RAW (unedited) images will not be provided, as the photographer views this as unfinished work.
All photos will only be delivered digitally.
You will recieve all photos taken after the session is culled for duplicates and imperfections.
Client is responsible for downloading and saving their photos and will do so by the deadline given with your gallery.
Client is not to re-edit, retouch, photoshop, apply filters or change their photos in any way.
Clients may request changes regarding any editing concerns after receiving their photos.

Photo Consent & Release
The following is what you will need to agree to regarding the consent & release of your photos for business purposes ONLY.
Client authorizes and grants Maidenmoon Photography to take their photos regarding my experiences with them.
Client authorizes Maidenmoon Photography to use their photos on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business purposes only.
Client authorizes Maidenmoon Photography to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing.
Client understands that they will not receive any monetary compensation regarding marketing or use of the images from their session.
There will be an additonal consent section within the contract for the minor consent & release.
